RivetLark
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how RivetLark handles information associated with this website, Billing Manager purchases, licensing, and customer support.
Information you provide
When you contact RivetLark, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you submit. Contact messages are delivered through RivetLark’s support email system and are not stored in a separate website contact-message database.
If you purchase Billing Manager, Paddle may provide RivetLark with limited buyer and transaction information needed for product fulfillment, licensing, order administration, fraud prevention, and product support. This may include a customer or business name, email address, Paddle customer and transaction references, purchased product information, amounts, currency, and tax amounts. RivetLark maintains records related to orders, payment references, licenses, license delivery, and authorized purchase access.
Payment processing
Paddle independently handles Billing Manager checkout and payment processing as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle collects and processes information required to complete transactions, process payment methods, calculate and manage applicable transaction taxes, issue receipts, prevent fraud, provide payment-related buyer support, and maintain transaction records.
RivetLark does not receive or store complete payment-card details. Paddle processes personal information under its own Privacy Notice.
How information is used
RivetLark uses information as needed to:
- fulfill confirmed purchases and maintain the order, payment-reference, licensing, and delivery records needed to provide Billing Manager;
- issue and deliver Billing Manager licenses and provide authorized downloads;
- respond to contact and technical-support requests;
- verify purchases and resend existing license information;
- prevent abuse or fraud and operate and secure the website.
Cookies and website logs
The website uses technically necessary cookies and similar security mechanisms, including protection for form submissions and restricted administrative functions. Paddle may use its own cookies or similar technologies during checkout under its policies.
RivetLark does not currently use a public advertising or analytics platform on this website. Operational logs may record limited request, error, or security-event information needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website.
Purchase and license records
RivetLark may retain records as reasonably necessary for purchase verification, accounting, support, fraud prevention, license delivery, and order and license history. Temporary purchase-access links expire and are protected using security controls intended to prevent unauthorized use.

For questions or requests concerning information processed directly by RivetLark, email support@rivetlark.com. Some purchase, accounting, security, and license-history records may need to be retained for legitimate business purposes.
Questions or privacy requests concerning information independently processed by Paddle should be submitted through the channels described in Paddle’s Privacy Notice. Paddle also provides privacy-request tools at preferences.paddle.com.
