You may use this website to learn about RivetLark products, purchase Billing Manager when purchasing is available, access purchase information, download authorized files, and contact support.

Do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass access controls, misuse purchase or download links, submit malicious content, or use the website in a way that harms RivetLark or other users.

Website information and availability

RivetLark works to keep product and website information useful and accurate. Website content, features, availability, product descriptions, and pricing may be updated before purchase. Current pricing is shown on the Billing Manager product page and during checkout. The applicable licensing and refund policies are available on this website.

Billing Manager purchases

Billing Manager is downloadable Windows desktop software offered for $179 USD as a one-time purchase with a perpetual license for Billing Manager 1.x. It is not a subscription, and no trial version is currently offered. Applicable transaction taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for Billing Manager purchases. Buyers purchase Billing Manager from Paddle under Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Paddle processes payments, calculates and handles applicable transaction taxes, issues transaction receipts, provides payment-related buyer support, and administers refunds.

RivetLark develops, licenses, delivers, and supports Billing Manager. After Paddle confirms a successful purchase, RivetLark uses the purchase information provided through the transaction to issue the applicable Billing Manager license, deliver the license file and purchase-access information, provide the installer, and provide product and licensing support.

Use of Billing Manager is also governed by the applicable RivetLark licensing terms and refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Website operator

RivetLark is operated as a sole-proprietor business under the RivetLark brand.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate purchase and contact information, safeguard purchase-access links and license files, and use Billing Manager only as permitted by its license terms. Contact RivetLark promptly if you believe purchase or license information has been exposed or misused.
