Printing, PDF & Email
Billing Manager provides output options appropriate to each supported billing document or report.
Supported output
- Invoices: Preview, Print, PDF, and Email
- Statements: Preview, Print, Save PDF, and Email
- Customer Inquiry: Preview and Print
- Customer Balances: Print where available
Printer preferences
Review printer preferences under Tools > Settings. Confirm that the intended printer is available in Windows, and use Preview before printing when practical.
Email settings
Configure outgoing email server and sender settings under Tools > Settings. The settings also include Invoice and Statement email templates. Keep server credentials private.
Email is optional. Billing Manager can still be used for core billing workflows without email configured, and documents can still be previewed, printed, or saved where supported.
PDF output
Invoices and Statements support PDF output. Choose the destination appropriate for your business when saving the file.
