Use Services > Services to maintain the work your business provides.
Service information
A service can include a name, code, description, pricing, taxable setting where applicable, active or inactive state, notes, and a product or service image where available.
Assign a service to a property
Services can be assigned to a specific customer property. Property assignments associate the service and applicable pricing with the correct service location. Scheduling can also be configured through the supported property and service-assignment workflow.
- Open the customer and select the appropriate property.
- Open the property's service-assignment area.
- Select the applicable service and review its pricing.
- Save the assignment.
Important: Changing the current Service or its price does not rewrite previously posted billing history. Historical transactions preserve their original information.
